Our program provides a structured progression of activities and skills training, designed to help youth pursue their best selves. Participants will improve their biking skills, leadership, and teamwork abilities through hands-on practice and experiential learning.

Experience the natural beauty of Nevada through day camps, overnight camps, guided rides, and bikepacking trips. These activities foster a love for the outdoors and encourage environmental stewardship.

NICA Adventure emphasizes the importance of camaraderie and community. Riders will engage in group activities that promote cooperation and build strong bonds with fellow participants.

We prioritize safety in all our activities, adhering to excellent program management, facilitation, and risk management guidelines. Our certified coaches ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

We are really excited to announce that we are holding our first-ever Intro to Bikepacking camps. This camp will be an awesome opportunity to make new friends, empower one-another, learn mountain bike and camping skills, enjoy time on-and-off the bike, and more!

Campers will need to bring their own camping gear and the league will provide bikepacking specific gear. We will provide a packing and equipment list. If you do not have camping gear, reach out to Nikki at nikki@nevadamtb.org and we will help you find gear for the camp!

Who: NICA Nevada North Student-Athletes in 8th through 12th grades with at least one year of NICA experience. No bike packing experience needed.

What: 3 days of fun, riding, camping, and learning the basics of bike packing.

When: Sunday through Tuesday, August 4-6, 2024

Where: Boca/Stampede area near Truckee, Ca
