About Coaching with the Nevada North league
At the Nevada North Cycling League, coaches are the backbone of our mission to foster youth development through mountain biking. We are committed to providing a supportive environment where student-athletes can thrive both on and off the trails.
As a coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring young cyclists. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading practices, ensuring the safety of all participants, and promoting a positive team culture. Coaches are expected to be role models, demonstrating sportsmanship, dedication, and enthusiasm.
How do I become a NICA Coach?

The Nevada North Interscholastic Cycling League will provide all the NICA risk management and best practice training you’ll need to jump right in and start coaching a team.
