RACING SERIES
NEVADA INTERSCHOLASTIC CYCLING LEAGUE RACE SERIES
One of the great things about a NICA League, which separates us from other youth cycling development programs, is we produce our own youth-specific events. This means we pick out race venues and work directly with landowners and managers to produce the highest quality youth development race courses and events. The kids get a stage of their own, away from adult competitions and we strive for safety and fun above all other factors.
We are so excited to be partnering with these various landowners and managers at all of these venues represent some of the best riding, camping, and beauty Nevada is known for. Additionally, all of these venues have made a significant commitment to the sport of mountain biking as they all have invested in a purpose-built trail system specifically engineered to accommodate beginner to advanced riders.
Petitions are due the Monday before race #1 and race #2 at 5 p.m. No exceptions. Petitions may not be made after the 2nd race. Petitions are only to move up a category.

The 2023 Season Registration fee includes ONE FREE EVENT!
For Race #1 – North Tahoe Challenge, riders can participate for “free” as a part of the season fee that includes one event weekend (a race). In order to do this, the rider simply needs to register for the race like normal. In their cart, there is already a $50 “promotion” for the race, bringing the total to $0.
If you would like to use your free event for races #2-5, please fill out the form below AFTER THE FIRST EVENT. No refunds will be processed until after the first event. Refunds are processed bi-weekly.
