Nevada Teen Trail Corps

Teen Trail Corps – Nevada

Though racing is the most visible aspect of the Nevada League a new, growing and equally important program in the NICL is Teen Trail Corps.

Teen Trail Corps (TTC) is a National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) program, supported by REI and the Walton Family Foundation, providing NICA student-athletes the opportunity to serve and give their time towards bike related advocacy activities. It is designed to provide exposure and be a gateway for NICA student-athletes into the world of advocacy, through trails. Student-athlete activities are categorized into five badges that may be earned. The first four are Speak, Serve, Ride and Respect. Once a student-athlete has earned all four, they receive the fifth badge, “Teen Trail Corps Captain.” More details on the TTC Program can be found HERE. We believe TTC will be one of the most important legacies of interscholastic mountain biking.
